Delete Your Account

⚠️ Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including stats, messages, and profile information will be permanently deleted.

Before You Delete Your Account

Please consider the following before proceeding:

  • All your basketball statistics and performance data will be lost
  • Your profile and all associated content will be removed
  • You will lose access to any teams or leagues you're part of
  • This action cannot be reversed

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the App

  1. Open the Kandor app
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Contact Support

Send an email to our support team with your account deletion request:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

  • Your username or email address
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • Personal data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or analytical purposes
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. All retained data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.

Alternative: Deactivate Instead

If you're not ready to permanently delete your account, consider deactivating it temporarily. This will hide your profile and pause all activities, but you can reactivate it anytime by logging back in.
